A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules govern the Mudita Earth Puerto Vallarta Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions made by Mudita Earth (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mudita Earth. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [12/02/25 + (9 AM, PST)] and ends on [12/25/25 + 9AM, PST)] (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) eligible entry, entrants must complete all of the following required steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

Required Entry Steps

  1. Take a pic with Mudita Earth’s Bakuchiol Oil and post it to your Instagram Story and tag @mudita_earth

  2. Follow @mudita_earth on Instagram and like the Giveaway post

  3. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the Giveaway post

These steps are free and required for one entry.

5. Bonus Entries (Optional)

Entrants may earn up to five (5) additional bonus entries by completing any of the following optional actions:

  1. If you do not have our Bakuchiol Oil, send a screenshot of your order containing the product

  2. Save the giveaway post on Instagram

  3. Follow @mudita.earth on TikTok

  4. Subscribe to the Mudita Earth newsletter (link in bio)

  5. Comment your favorite Mudita Earth product or ingredient

BONUS ENTRY DISCLOSURE:
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Bonus entries are entirely optional.

6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using Instagram, email:

Include your full name, mailing address, and email address.

Each AMOE email counts as one (1) entry and is treated equally to all other entries.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Three-Night All-Inclusive Hotel Stay in Puerto Vallarta

  • A 3-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at a sponsor-selected resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

  • Includes hotel room accommodations, on-site meals, beverages, and standard all-inclusive resort amenities

  • Airfare, transportation, baggage fees, travel insurance, and off-site activities are NOT included

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,800

Additional Prize Terms:

  • Travel dates will be selected in the last 10 days of any month from January to April. 

  • Blackout dates, limited inventory, or minimum stay requirements may apply

  • Winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare and transportation

  • Winner is responsible for any incidental or additional charges not included in the all-inclusive package

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drawing will occur on or about [12/25/25].

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @mudita_earth or via email if entered through AMOE.
The winner must reply within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Mudita Earth permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mudita Earth, Instagram/Meta, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or the use/acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues (platform outages, network errors, device failures, etc.)

  • Travel disruptions, delays, or personal travel documentation issues

  • Any personal injury or property damage occurring during travel

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or external events affect its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with entry processes or violating these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Information collected is used solely for Sweepstakes administration and will not be sold or shared.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
