Pineapple & Rosehip Vitamin C Serum

I have acne prone, oily, very sensitive skin that usually doesn’t tolerate actives well - but this serum has been great. I have been using it for 4 days and my skin already feels smoother, with no flare-ups or redness, and has a more even tone. Love the texture and scent too. Excited to keep using it!

I have been using Mudita Earth - Pineapple & Rosehip Vitamin C Face Serum for a week and am pleased with the results. The serum has a slight scent, which does not linger after application. The serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly. I only need two drops to cover my face and neck thoroughly. Since using this serum, my skin has appeared brighter and stayed moisturized longer. I love the ingredient list, too! This Vitamin C serum is a winner!

I was expecting this serum to have a slightly pineapple smell to it, but surprisingly it didn't. It does have a smell that's not too strong, but I don't find it pleasant and I am not sure what scent it is supposed to be or which ingredient is causing it. I needed at least four drops to cover my face lightly. It doesn't spread very easily. I found my skin felt pretty smooth after using this, but it didn't stand out to me in any particular way.

The consistency is very light and smooth. It does have an instant effect on covering and evening out your pores. Since Ive only been using it a week or so, I didn't notice too much brighting or tightening effects yet. I would definitely say it does give a sense of comfort that your skin has an extra barrier of protection between the sun and your skin.There isn’t any strong scent and it's definitely a gentle cream for sensitive skin.Using it after a Toner, and before applying sun screen is for sure the best way to use it during the day. I would also use it as a nighttime serum as well since it doesn't leave any stickiness to the skin. There is no leftover residues the next morning so it definitely absorbs well. Overall, it’s a decent Vitamin C serum.

I use this product as a base in the morning before I use the moisturizer and then makeup with SPF. Believe in me when I say that my skin looks seriously less tired at night and feels more protected from pollutants. BTW, they also have a moisturizer that goes well with this product. I have no more acne and less blemishes. Great serum for the summer as well as the winter when skin is more dry. I highly recommend the product.

I received this as a free sample from natural grocers this week. I’m still experiencing a severe allergic reaction several days later. (Red swollen puffy rash) So might not be suitable for sensitive skin.

SMELLS VERY STRONG. Can't speak to the quality of the product because I washed it off about 5 minutes after putting it on my face. It has a very strong, perfumey smell. I hoped it would fade away after a few minutes but it didn't dissipate at all. I don't like anything with fragrance on my face.

This serum has a lot of benefits to brighten and nourish the skin. I found it easy to use. It is a small tube at only 30 ml. The tip is more like a syringe except a rounded tip. Directions says to use 2 to 3 drops each time. The product has a consistency more like a light lotion than a liquid serum. Therefore, it didn't really do well coming out as drops. Anyway, I tried several times in the beginning but then just started putting in on my fingers directly to apply. Also, I found myself using more than directed to cover my face and neck. I would say I usually use 3 to 4 drop equivalent amount each time. It has Vitamin C but I didn't find it to have any irritations at all.

Prior to using this product, I was using other chemicals based creams to lighten my skin and ended up with very dried up skin. This product lightens the skins as well as keep it very moist. It comes in a little squeeze tube and has the consistency of a lightweight lotion. It spreads out smooth and creamy over my skin and only takes a couple "drops" to cover my whole face. I've used other vitamin C serums that were slightly drying / irritating, but this one actually feels moisturizing! It absorbs nicely and doesn't leave any "filmy" feeling on my skin. And it has a really pleasant, faint, sweet scent!

In my opinion, this is more of a lotion than a serum. Unlike my other serums, this is thicker and absorbs well into my skin...just like a lotion. With that being said, this is a pretty nice lotion. The scent is light but pleasant, I think it smells like rosehips and citrus. You only need a few drops and it absorbs right in to your skin. I personally haven't seen much evidence of the claims for line or blemish reduction, but it's a nice hydrating lotion. A bit on the pricey side and not the best value for money in my opinion.Overall, this is a good lotion but an ok serum. I'll definitely use up the whole tube and it will last a while since a little goes a long way with this. But I'm not sure if it is something I would seek out again.

Mudita Earth Pineapple & Rosehip Vit C hydrating serum comes in a plastic squeeze tube. The consistency is a little thicker than your typical serum which is more runny. This serum is more like a lotion.A couple of drop of this serum is enough for big part of your face. It has an interesting woody scent probably coming from the rosehip. The serum is smooth when apply to the face. It feels a little thick but not oily heavy. The serum is quickly absorbed by the face and give a shiny appearance. It does hydrate well and reduce fine lines right away. I often would use a thin layer of moisturizer over the serum application. So far I have not develop any adverse effect on my face, and I have oily skin. This is not my favorite serum but I will continue to use it. 4-star.
